Diversified Settlements is a reputable Real Estate Settlement Agency based in Rivervale Perth WA.

Licensee and owner Janet Webster has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 18 years and has experience in all facets of the industry including sales and property management. Outside of work Janet has been happily married for over 28 years and has 4 happy healthy children. Janet is also a registered Justice of the Peace and available for any associated services.

Whether you are a First Home Buyer or an experienced investor buying in WA, Diversified Settlements provides a comprehensive one on one service which is available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.

Residential Property Settlements

Whether you are an experienced property guru or buying your first home, Diversified Settlements understand that settlements can be daunting with all the paperwork you receive. We are available at all times for you to ask any questions you need to and make you feel comfortable with the process. The offer & acceptance contract, once signed, becomes a legally binding contract so it is important to get it right. Janet will meet you in the comfortable environment of your own home at your time and convenience. This includes weekends and after hours.

Private Sales

Whilst we strongly recommend the services of a professional Real Estate Agent to sell or purchase a home, there may be times when this is not practical, ie selling to a tenant or friend. Diversified Settlements offer a service which includes drawing up contracts, checking contract clauses to make sure they are viable and offering advice with regards to the settlement process.

Vacant Land

Diversified Settlements is experienced in creating new subdivisions. If you have a subdividable block then we can help you prepare the land for sale. If you are buying or selling a vacant block of land there are new GST laws that need to be adhered to. Once sold we can assist you with the legalities of settlement.

Strata Plans

Many properties bought and sold in todays market are Units, Villas and Townhouses. These all fall under the umbrella of Strata Titled Properties and involve a number of additional steps in the settlement process. Diversified Settlements can assist in all facets of the Strata Titled settlement process.
